New Covenant Foundation was founded by a businessman and an engineer and the volunteers that have come alongside NCF represent a broad array of skills and abilities, people in ministry and people in the workforce, recent college graduates to retirees.

The Old Testament story of Nehemiah presents the time-proven principle that the work of the Lord is best done when everyone gets involved. Nehemiah alone could not repair the walls of Jerusalem – the job was too great, the opposition too intense, the labor too much. But, when everyone pitched in, and brought their “piece of the wall” the accomplishment was tremendous and it was finished in record time.
